Sample itinerary

Day 1:

Arrival to Ben-Gurion International Airport. Upon arrival, you will be met by a VIP service representative who will escort you through customs and immigration,. An Israel Experts representative will travel with you to your hotel and assist with check-in.

Overnight: Tel-Aviv

Day 2:

Breakfast at hotel.
Walking tour in the Old Port City of Jaffa (Yafo), just south of Tel Aviv, offers a beautiful panoramic view of Tel Aviv and a sense of the first Jewish city of the modern era, established in 1909.

Levinsky Market Tasting Tour - Israel has a long-standing history as a key player in the ancient spice route, and Tel Aviv’s modern trends are reliving this importance. The Levinsky market dates back to the 1920s, founded by Balkan immigrants who brought their local flavors with them to Tel Aviv. Today, gourmet restaurant chefs frequent Levinsky Street for fresh spices, dried fruits and store-roasted coffees, as well as olive oils and deli goods. On this tour we will graze the market from top to bottom, all the while meeting the grandfathers and sons working side by side to tell a story of Israel’s ethnic and culinary history (Lunch included).

Walk the streets of the artsy Neve Tzedek neighborhood, solving riddles and interacting with the actors who are, inconspicuously, all around you.
Enjoy a real Tel-Aviv experience and have an exclusive rooftop dinner hosted by a local.

Day 3:

Breakfast at hotel.

Depart north:
Visit the ancient city of Caesarea, built by Herod the Great and once the seat of Roman rule. View the excavated Roman Theater, with its acoustic and theatrical sound, which was used for many performances throughout the centuries.
Zikhron Ya’akov was founded in 1882 and was assisted greatly by Baron Edmond de Rothschild, a Jewish philanthropist who established and financially supported many of the early moshava communities. From its early days, Zikhron Ya’akov had two main characteristics: wine and tranquility. Enjoy a jeep ride in Tishbi grapevines, wine tasting and light lunch!

Continue to Acre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tour the Knights’ Halls, the Crusaders’ main fortress and palace; view the El Jazzar Mosque (White Mosque). Enjoy a spectacular dining experience in a magical atmosphere of the Middle Ages in the Knights’ Halls!

Overnight: Setai Kinneret

Day 4:

Breakfast at hotel.
Head to Mitzpe Gadot and learn about the importance of the Golan Heights for Israel and see the vantage point the Syrians had on the Israeli farmers and military when they where in control of the land.

Visit the Mystical City of Safed (the birthplace of Kabbalah) one of the Four Holy Cities according to tradition with its Kabalistic studies. Stroll through the narrow, winding alley’s, visit some of the beautiful synagogues and browse through the artists’ workshops and galleries found in the flourishing artists' quarter.

On to Mount Beatitudes; North of the Sea of Galilee, atop the Beatitudes Mount, lies a beautiful church where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the northern part of Sea of Galilee, including Tabgha and Capernaum.
Continue to Beit Netofa and enjoy a Galilean horse riding experience among the landscapes of the Lower Galilee with an opulent feast of wines and meats in the Netofa Winery Wine Room.

Overnight: Setai Kinneret

Day 5:

Early breakfast at hotel.
We will enjoy a Hot Air Balloon ride and see the magnificent view of Yizra’el Valley in Ein Harod.
Drive through the lush Jordan Valley where the desert now blooms with flowers and vegetation. We’ll drive south to the ancient remains of Beit Shean, the city where Saul and his sons where hung up on the city walls by the Philistines.

Continue to Jerusalem.
Arrive just in time to the world famous sound and light show displays the history of the city of Jerusalem along the ancient stones of The Tower of David.

Overnight: Waldorf Astoria,Jerusalem

Day 6:

Breakfast at hotel.
We will depart south, to the Dead Sea where will take an unforgettable boat ride on the sea and explore its wonders.
Lunch and Swim at one of the Dead Sea Spa hotels on the shores of the Dead Sea. Cover yourself with mud and enjoy the unsinkable therapeutic waters of this mineral-rich Sea. Relax by the pool or take a spa treatment!

Enter the Old City of Jerusalem where you will Visit the Western Wall, holiest site of Judaism. Walk through the rebuilt Jewish Quarter, and along the ancient Roman/Byzantine Cardo, the main street of ancient JerusalemVisit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, housing the traditional site if crucifixion and the Tomb of the Resurrection.

Just outside the Old City, is Mount Zion, with the traditional Tomb of King David and the Room of the Last Supper. Enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of Jerusalem – the holy city for each of the world’s three great religions from atop of the Mount of Olives.
Enjoy dinner at Eucalyptus where many dishes are based on foods eaten for many centuries in this region.

Day 7:

Breakfast at hotel.
Yad Vashem is considered the first and most famous memorial to mankind’s darkest period. Visit the very moving exhibit at the Children’s Pavilion, commemorating the death of over 1.5 million Jewish children in the Holocaust. Walk through the Valley of the Communities - a man-made valley in the form of the European Map built in remembrance of over 5000 communities that were damaged or destroyed and whose names are engraved on the stone walls.

Tour Machane Yehuda market, this bustling Jerusalem marketplace and neighborhood, incorporates food, drink, shopping, bars, and restaurants. The market is an exciting venue to experience the colors, aromas and flavors of Israeli food and more!
