Shai has been involved with Israel, education and Jewish peoplehood in various roles throughout his career. He holds a BA in Economics and Management, and an MBA, both on the Tel Aviv University's Deans list of honors. A graduate of the Israeli Scouts movement, he began his journey on a bus guiding students from overseas throughout Israel. He worked as a guide, counselor, coordinator, scholar in residence and program director for the Jewish Agency for Israel in the Short Term Programs unit; The Center for Leadership Training in Informal Education; the Nitzanim project; was a Shaliach to BBYO in the UK and then served as the head of the JAFI Informal Education Delegation, during which he was instrumental in developing Israel Tours, Gap Year programs, the Israel Experience, student educational modules and more. Upon returning home he worked in marketing, management and scholar roles in NGO's and companies, and for a decade served as the VP and COO of the WUPJ, serving 2 million members in 50 countries globally. He served on the boards of the WZO, JAFI, KKL, Netzer, Tamar and the Claims Conference, always striving for excellence. Passionate about Israel, education and peoplehood, Shai believes in making a difference!
Steve Jaffe is well known in the Israel Travel World and recognized as one of the leading specialists in Incoming Travel.
His years of invaluable experience cover every aspect of incoming travel and has taught scores of people to understand the nature of tourism in general, and in particular, the intrigues and wonders of travel within Israel.
Steve has been closely associated with bringing tens of thousands of tourists to Israel to share with him in the land he loves. He served for many years as a leading member on the Ethics Committee of the Israel Tour Operators Association.
Adi’s exceptional career in the tourism industry spans over three decades, comprising airline companies and an array of positions and responsibilities in the hospitality sector
He has enriching knowledge within incoming tourism including pilgrims, Jewish communities, conventions and families.
He has operated and managed large groups and is heavily experienced in production and coordination of conference such as Macula and Conference of Presidents (COP).
Adi is ranked lieutenant colonel (reserves) and speaks Hebrew, English, and Japanese.
He earned a Bachelors in Jewish History and Japanese Studies.
Tzvi is passionate about Israel education, Israeli history, Israeli food, Israeli literature . . . virtually everything connected with Israel.
Following on the heels of a career in law and nonprofit management, along with years of Jewish educational experience, Tzvi took the National Tour Guiding Course and entered the world of educational tourism.
He joined the staff of Israel Experts in 2014 and is responsible for all programming and educational development. In addition to a law degree, Tzvi has undergraduate and graduate degrees in literature, Jewish Studies, and classics. He is married with four daughters and resides in Jerusalem.
Bill Frankel has been a part of Israel Experts for 13 years.
Holding a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and with over 30 years experience in informal education and development of leadership programs, Bill has been the director of residential camps, a university dean of students, and a producer of major educational events.
Bill moved to Israel 15 years ago and is married to Jerusalem native Hagit, has 2 children Yuval and Omri and lives just outside of Jerusalem
